Since Founder & CEO Matthew McIntyre opened our doors in 1994 the Peak Trust Financial family of companies has been dedicated to serving the financial needs of retirees and those approaching retirement age.

Benefits

As a Peak Trust sales employee, you will be on the road meeting with prospective clients. For new employees, we have a gas stipend available to ensure they have the funds needed to perform their job without issue. For those who’ve worked their way up the chain of employment, we offer commodities such as a company car to reach clients. All employees are paid a biweekly wage as opposed to a commission-based payment system. We want our workers to feel they’re making a real impact in our company and the community. In addition, Peak Trust aims to establish a fun and sociable work environment. Sales employees at District Manager level have the ability to earn quarterly trips across the globe through sales production Other activities include annual award banquets, holiday parties, and much more.
